Ingredients


1 ½ cups (225g) unsalted raw cashews
1 ½ cups (150g) walnuts
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 ½ mild sweet chilli sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon salt-reduced soya sauce

Step 1


Place cashews on an oven tray. Bake in a moderate oven (150°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.

Step 2


Combine cashews with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure all the nuts are evenly coated.

Step 3


Spread the nut mixture over a large oven tray. Bake at 150°C, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes or until crisp. Allow to cool.
