Prep: 15 minutes
Makes 4-6 glasses (1.5ltr)
½ cup pistachio/ unsalted macadamia nuts
¼ cup castor sugar
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
500ml coconut milk
750ml dairy milk
6 ice cubes
Blend the ice cubes until they are crushed. Place the crushed ice into glasses and keep chilled.
Place the nuts, sugar, cardamom and cinnamon in the blender. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Add the coconut and dairy milk and blend until frothy. Pour over the ice in the glasses and sprinkle with roughly chopped nuts.
